a fond farewell
After more than 30 years of caring for the Wilson community, Dr. Skip Hanson will be retiring on April 30, 2025.
Dr. Hanson has been a steady and compassionate presence in the lives of so many — celebrating new beginnings, walking with patients through challenges, and offering wisdom, care, and kindness every step of the way.

As he looks forward to more time with his wife Linda and their three children, we are excited for this new chapter in his life — though he will be deeply missed by our entire team and his many patients.
Our practice remains in excellent hands with Drs. Fiscus, Forrest, and Almeida, and we’re thrilled to welcome Brittany Holmes, CNM, who will begin seeing patients starting May 5, 2025.
